Founded by David Bushnell, a seasoned JEDI consultant with a passion for implementing meaningful change, EPC was born out of a deep-seated desire to create an organization that embodies the principles it promotes.
Our Journey
David began their career with a decade of consulting experience first as a legal consultant then as a Senior DEI consultant at a prominent firm. During their tenure at the firm, David played a pivotal role in spearheading the DEI consulting practice, growing it into a multi-million dollar business line over the course of several years. Despite the success of the DEI initiatives they led, David recognized the potential for further growth and enhancement in incorporating DEI principles more deeply into the fabric of communities and organizations. Identifying opportunities for even greater alignment with DEI values, they saw a chance to make a more significant impact and decided to pursue their vision by founding Egret Policy Consulting.

Determined to create an organization that truly prioritized DEI as a core value rather than just a business strategy, David made the bold decision to strike out on his own and establish EPC. Their vision was clear: to build a consultancy that not only offered DEI services but embodied DEI principles in every aspect of its operations.
